Refund & Returns Policy

At Terravolt Sdn. Bhd. (1643160-K), your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

 Please note: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Tools and hardware that have been used.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective/damaged).

  • Customized or special-order products.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).


4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
