1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
Tools and hardware that have been used.
Clearance or sale items (unless defective/damaged).
Customized or special-order products.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
